Telephone Reservations
Bluz accepts and holds table reservations only for parties ordering dinner. Reservations are held until 7:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted. All members of a reservation party are expected to order an entree meal with a minimum of $10 per person. Should a member of a party with reservations choose not to order, a reservation fee of $10 will be charged for that person.

Entrees
All entrees unless otherwise specified are served with your choice of soup or salad; our own vegetable medley; and your choice of baked potato, roasted red potatoes or rice pilaf. For our vegetarian friends, tofu may be substituted for meat in dishes of your choice for $1.00

- Cajun Catfish Dinner*
- Catfish filet coated in a spicy Cajun cornmeal and pan-fried, served on a bed of fries with tartar sauce and coleslaw on the side. $14.00
